Very nice display and a different watch faces to choose from.Very comfortable to wear on the wrist all day.Battery lasts throughout the entire day and a few hours into the next day, if I don't use it much.Good lord the price of this thing for being a newer Rate sony smartwatch heart is one of the main reasons I got this watch.
I may be a bit of a Sony smartwatch fanboy, so reader beware.This is their third version, and I've owned all 3 versions.This is a good upgrade, and it has many great features that make it an exceptional smart rate sony smartwatch heart.
A potential downside is the lack of heart rate monitor, but my other smart watch has that and it's never really useful.Let's face it, you really only check your heart rate when running, and watches require you to stand still to measure the heart rate You can use a chest heart monitor with bluetooth communication to the watch, and that's really a better solution anyway.
It has GPS, on-board storage for songs, bluetooth connection to heart monitors and earphones, and the screen uses the same low power technology as the SW2 so that you can see it in the sun just fine but with much improved resolution.
I can leave my phone behind while out running.Downside is that the battery needs to recharge every couple days vs my Tizen watch that goes 5 days, but at least this uses a normal micro-USB plug to charge.

This was the only smartwatch which offered standalone GPS at a reasonable price.I admittedly haven't tried it in the last few months and I know more apps are starting to work with it, but my initial impressions were not great.
The few running apps which worked with the standalone GPS were clumsy and difficult to use.
I still haven't found a good music app to use in addition to a running app to control the tunes over my bluetooth headphones.If this is being targeted at the fitness rate sony smartwatch heart which with the standalone GPS I certainly believe it is it's not there yet.
After a few months of use, I also ran into problems where my GPS simply wouldn't connect to anything for a few months of trying a couple of times a week.I would even leave it outside in the open for 30 minutes where it used to get signal just fine and I'd come back and it wasn't locked.
