Overall I am very happy with the watch and it has helped motivate me to loose weight, there are other brands with GPS etc but if you want the clinically validated readings then this is the one to get.Also check your phone is compatible as I had a Windows Phone which the Philips health app doesn't work with this so ended up changing my phone thats how motivated this watch makes you This also doesnt look to bulky either and looks like a watch rather than a large control panel - Overall good watch that I am happy with.
